Kitty Retreat

Each cat gets their own condo, comfortable bedding, and litter box. If you sign up for playtime, your cats will get to play with other cats of similar size and temperament. You can also sign up for enrichment, which consists of one-on-one activities, such as kitty TV, puzzles, lick mats, and catnip toys. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and bedding from home, but please do not bring any bowls; we will provide all food and water bowls.

New clients must check in Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Weekend check-in is not available for new clients. Existing clients may check in Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or on Saturdays and Sundays between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Monday through Friday, check-out is by 2 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, check-out is at 3 p.m. on the dot. All Saturday and Sunday check-outs must prepay at check-in. All after-hour check-outs will be charged a late fee.

For each boarding reservation, you must submit a Cat Boarding Contract. If your cats will be taking any medications, supplements, and/or vitamins during their boarding reservation, you must also submit the Medication/Supplement Form. Dasuquin, Cosequin, FortiFlora, Fish Oil, Calming Chews, and Probiotics will all be billed as medications. We will not make a boarding reservation until all paperwork is completed.

All holiday/summer boarding reservations require a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your total at check-out. You can pay the deposit in person, over the phone, or we can text or email you an invoice to pay online. We will not hold a room for you until the deposit is paid. Refer to our pricing sheets for our deposit schedule.

The vaccination/examination requirements for cat boarding include an up-to-date Rabies vaccine, RCP vaccine, and a negative Fecal Exam. All vaccinations/examinations must be given by a licensed veterinarian and must be up to date with our requirements no later than seven days before check-in. Owners are responsible for providing us with a copy of your most current vaccination records. We will not make a boarding reservation until you have provided records showing your pets are up-to-date with our vaccination/examination requirements.

We do not offer medical boarding. All cats must be cleared by their veterinarian of any medical concerns to board with us. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any cat with serious medical conditions, such as incisions, stitches, broken bones, mobility issues, casts, insulin injections, contagious illnesses, seizures, etc. If your cat needs medical boarding, we will refer you to your local veterinarian's office.

We do not accept intact cats for boarding. Your cats must be spayed/neutered to board with us.
